About Premier Express
Moving More Than Cargo.
Building Connections.
Who We Are
A cargo company built on repeat customers, not one-off shipments.
Premier Express Cargo & Logistics began as a single counter serving expatriate families sending boxes home. That origin still shapes how we work: every shipment belongs to someone who is waiting for it.
Today we handle personal effects, commercial consignments and full containers across air, sea and road. Our teams in Al Khobar, Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Ahsa, Jubail and Dammam work to the same operating standard, supported by a Qatar contact desk and a network of destination agents.
We keep documentation in-house, brief customers before booking rather than after, and measure ourselves on delivered shipments — not quotations issued. It is an unglamorous way to run a cargo business, and it is why our customers return.

Our Mission
To make international shipping feel simple for the person handing us the box.
We take responsibility for the parts customers should not have to learn — packing standards, restricted items, customs documentation, destination charges — and explain clearly what happens next and when.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted cargo name between the Gulf and Asia.
Growth through reliability: more corridors, better transit times and the same careful handling on shipment number one hundred thousand as on the first.
Why Customers Trust Us
Four commitments we do not negotiate on
- 01
Honest rates
The figure we quote includes what we know you will pay. Destination charges are explained before booking.
- 02
Careful handling
Professional packing materials, correct labelling and photographic records for fragile consignments.
- 03
Documentation discipline
Customs paperwork prepared and checked by our own team, reducing clearance delays at destination.
- 04
Reachable people
Branch numbers answered by staff who can see your shipment — not a call queue.
